Midwest Real Estate Data LLC (MRED) board members will be voting on a big decision Tuesday, March 31 that will affect syndication of listings to Zillow and Trulia.
MRED will keep members posted on the outcome.
Syndication provides brokers with the opportunity to automatically share their listing data to a broader audience. Leveraging a network of websites dramatically increases the exposure of listings, increasing leads and opportunities to connect buyers and sellers to complete the transaction.
