IDFPR's New License Renewal Notification Process | Chicago Association of REALTORS®

The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation’s (IDFPR) license renewal notification process is now paperless!

Moving forward, licensees can expect to receive electronic updates about the renewal process. This is part of the Department’s commitment to making the process easier for licensees and conserving the state’s resources.

Have you renewed your license?

All licenses that have not been renewed yet are set to expire by April 30, 2019. Take a moment to read about the renewal requirements and renew your license.

Are you an attorney?

IDFPR requests that actively registered Illinois attorneys furnish proof in the form of an active ARDC registration to through the Initial/Transfer Online Services Portal, through an email attachment or via fax to the IDFPR, Division of Real Estate (217-782-3390).
