The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) is reminding licensees that missed emails may result in disciplinary action. Since IDFPR only sends notices via email, licensees that do not receive these notices may miss important updates and deadlines that will impact their license.
To receive all of IDFPR’s updates, and to avoid any disciplinary action:
- Whitelist IDFPR’s email address so that the notices do not get sent to your spam/junk folder. Here are instructions for whitelisting an email an address.
- Make sure IDFPR has your current email address on file. Logon to the IDFPR Portal to update your email address if necessary.
