Tighten your laces and stretch your legs, because YPN is kicking it for charity! Assemble your all-stars for the kickball tournament of the summer. In between games, grab a beer and rest your legs at a delicious barbeque. From the midst of this battle of the brokers (and other real estate professionals), a victor shall emerge and take home the coveted YPN Baller Trophy, eternal glory and bragging rights at all future YPN events.

All teams will receive t-shirts, food and drinks and warm-fuzzy feelings from contributing so much to charity. See you there!

Registration includes a contribution to the YPN Fund, a central fund that benefits local charities through annual YPN charitable efforts, made possible by the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Foundation.

Team Regulations:

  • A team must have ten players minimum or up to twenty maximum.
  • Each team must have at least four women or at least four men actively playing throughout the duration of the game.
  • Each game shall have two participating teams: the away team, which kicks first each inning, and the home team, which kicks last each inning.
  • While fielding, each team must field at least eight and no more than eleven players, which must include one pitcher and one catcher at any time during the game.
  • For a given game, each team shall have one captain who may discuss calls with the head referee but must accept the head referee’s ruling.

Ticket Pricing:

Team Registration: $500 for a team of 10 ($50 each).

*Must be a CAR Member to register a team. Please ensure you indicate the team name when completing your registration. On-site registrations will NOT be accepted for teams.

Team Additions (Individuals): $50 per registration.

*Additional group tickets for teams only. No more than 10 additional tickets per team (giving a team a maximum of up to 20 team members). Please ensure you indicate the team name when completing your registration.

Individual Players: $50 per registration

*Individual Players will be placed on a general team. Must be a CAR Member to register.

Food and Beverage ONLY: $55 per registration

*On-site rates will NOT be available

Parking: Onsite Parking Available West of Roosevelt Field for $10
