Cook County First Installment Property Tax Bill Now Available Online

The Office of the Cook Country Treasurer recently released good news for property owners. The First Installment property tax bill, due on March 1st, has been posted online, and payments can be made now.  This is the earliest the Office has accepted First Installment payments.

The Office provided the following instructions for looking up and paying the property tax bill:

• Go to cookcountytreasurer.com and select “Make an Online Payment” and use your 14-digit Property Index Number (PIN)
• Download and print your bill from the website and either:
  • Mail it to the Treasurer’s Office, or
  • Pay in person at a Chase bank branch or the Treasurer’s Office
