The Chicago Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) congratulates Paul Xumsai, Jim Kinney and Vicky Silvano, the three Chicago REALTORS® who have been appointed as 2019 Global Ambassadors by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Global Ambassadors work to promote the REALTOR® brand oversees, by nurturing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities and promoting the brand’s events, products and services.
Paul Xumsai, Century 21 S.G.R., Inc., has been appointed as 2019 Global Ambassador to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
This appointment brings increased responsibilities to Xumsai, who was previously the Global Ambassador (formally called President’s Liaison) to Thailand.
Xumsai has over 15 years of international real estate experience, with specialties in consulting, marketing, and real estate technology.
Jim Kinney, Baird and Warner – Chicago, has been named as Global Ambassador to the United Kingdom and Ireland.
A former recipient of the C.A.R. and NAR “REALTOR® of the Year” awards, Kinney is currently work in Baird and Warner’s Gold Coast office as the Vice President of Luxury Sales.
Kinney has not only been actively engaged with C.A.R.; he as also served as Illinois Association of REALTORS®’ Chapter President, Dean of the Realtor Institute and President of the Real Estate Education Foundation and as a part of NAR’s Executive Committee.
Vicky Silvano, Century 21 S.G.R., Inc, has been appointed as Global Ambassador to the Philippines.
She was named the 2018 NAR Global Business Alliances Liaison as part of 2018 President Elizabeth Mendenhall’s Enlarged Leadership Team, was the 2016 President of AREAA, and is a C.A.R. Director.
Silvano holds the Certified International Property Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist REALTOR® designations.
