Apps & Digital Tools for Chicago REALTORS®

ForeWarn

This proactive safety and lead intelligence app can provide instant knowledge about a prospective client before you ever meet face-to-face.

Chicago REALTOR® Members get Forewarn included in your membership. Learn more about how to get started (member sign-in required to access this page).

SentriLock

Included in a SentriLock Membership, the Agent Safety feature in the SentriKey app automatically and discreetly alerts your designated emergency contact when you do not feel safe or cannot confirm your safety.

Also, SentriConnect is a free mobile app for non-SentriLock members to provide more secure and trackable access to lockboxes, eliminating the possibility of 1-Day Code sharing.

Showing Beacon

Included in your MRED Subscription, this built-in safety feature in the ShowingTime app allows you to set a safety timer or instantly send a text alert to a designated contact if you feel unsafe during a showing or meeting.
