We kicked off 2019 with our annual Market Outlook event to make sure you’re equipped with the information you need to grow your business throughout the year. realtor.com® Chief Economist Danielle Hale gave an in-depth look at the data, trends, demographics shifts and economic drivers impacting residential real estate in Chicago and nationwide. She was followed by Brandon Svec, Market Economist for CoStar Group, who broke down the factors influencing Chicago’s commercial real estate.
The program concluded with an informative Consumer Search Trends panel discussion, featuring Curt Beardsley of Zillow Group, Todd Callow of realtor.com® and Nobu Hata of National Association of REALTORS®. Using data and analysis, the panelists gave insights on how prospective clients are searching for homes, what they expect and how REALTORS® can better meet their needs.
