Thank you, Sonia, for all you do for RPAC and the REALTOR® Family!

Why is it important to you to give to RPAC?

It is important for me to give to RPAC to ensure that we as REALTORS® are able to continue to do what we love, and to protect property rights across the country.

How did you get started with your history of giving?

It all started one day when I received a call from Sheryl Grider Whitehurst asking me if I would be interested in becoming a Major Investor. Without even thinking about it, I said yes! Little did I know that was just the beginning of the best investment I could make.

Why do you continue to give to RPAC?

Giving to RPAC is not a choice for me; it’s more like a necessity. It’s an investment in our industry that every REALTOR® should do.

Do you have an RPAC-related story or “moment” that reinforced why you give?

It happened when I went to D.C. for the first time. I saw first-hand 13,000-15,000 REALTORS® come together to advocate for our industry.Sonia-photo1-470x330

What does the RPAC Hall of Fame mean to you?

Being in the RPAC Hall of Fame is a constant reminder of how blessed I am to be in a position to be able to donate annually to RPAC so that we can continue to advocate for REALTORS®.

What would you say to someone who was considering investing in RPAC, but not yet an investor?

I would urge every REALTOR® to give at least their fair share to RPAC so we can keep fighting for property rights. It shouldn’t be viewed as a donation, but as an investment in our industry.

How has RPAC enriched your career in real estate?

RPAC allows me to meet so many people on a national level who believe in the importance of RPAC just like me, and who care about fighting for our rights as REALTORS® and homeowners.
