Professional Real Estate Assistant

Course Description

Real estate brokers and agents who want to provide a full menu of services to their clients increasingly must rely on the support of an assistant to do so. At the same time, the assistant must understand the business of real estate and know how to manage the transaction.

Moreover, every assistant needs to know and comprehend key marketing concepts and be familiar with the level of professionalism and ethics expected of them. The REPA course was designed with these needs in mind. The two-day Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) course, developed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, is a comprehensive certificate program that provides an intensive introduction to the real estate business.

As a graduate of this program, you will be known as a Professional Assistant prepared to undertake the role of helping one or more REALTORS® in providing the services of real estate to the public. Whether you are a licensed salesperson or a beginner in this specialty, this program is designed to maximize your knowledge and potential for success.
