Gail Lissner is a vice president at Appraisal Research Counselors, a firm she has been associated with for the past 28 years. She is a graduate of Washington University and holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.
Gail is actively involved in appraisals and consulting assignments regarding residential developments, with a particular focus on the Downtown Chicago market area. She is co-author of the “Appraisal Research Counselors Downtown Chicago Residential Benchmark Report,” an in-depth analysis and review of the Downtown Chicago housing market which is written on a quarterly basis and utilized by persons who want to make informed decisions regarding residential real estate investments in the downtown market.
