Access Assessor’s Data without Obstacles!
The Chicago Association of REALTORS® (CAR) has partnered with the Cook County Assessor’s Office, to allowing CAR members to access property information throughout Cook County like never before with just a few clicks. This innovative data sharing program, called “Datalynx,” gives REALTOR® members access to more precise data, ranging from building type and materials to the number of bathrooms and assessments. Datalynx allows CAR members to see historical sales data for each property, with the only limit being the data itself.
Members can also access all this information from a Blackberry, Palm Treo, HP iPAQ and other wireless PDA devices, allowing them to have a plethora of information available at their fingertips – a sure way to impress clients!
Data is updated as the Assessor updates the data in real time, making this the most accurate data source available. This service is only available to CAR members.
