Global Real Estate and Emerging Markets

The Global Real Estate & Emerging Markets Forum supports C.A.R. members who do business with global markets (inbound and outbound transactions and/or consultancy) through education and networking activities, information sharing and involvement with select global real estate organizations. The forum also fosters strong relations with local organizations representing diverse ethnic and cultural communities in Chicagoland. Contact Jay Turner for more information.

Property Management

Chicago has a vibrant rental market and the issues of property management are wide ranging, from working with the City of Chicago's Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance (RLTO) to Section 8. C.A.R.’s Property Management Forum, one of several Public Policy Forums, creates an open setting for speakers, member involvement and information sharing related to property management and leasing matters. Visit our Property Management Resources Page here. Contact Nat Paxson for more information.
