FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Dec. 11, 2012
Chicago Association of REALTORS® CEO Virginia “Ginger” Downs, RCE, CAE, IOM, will be inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Fame for her lifelong investment of $25,000 in RPAC, the REALTORS® Political Action Committee.
Downs, who was appointed to her current role at C.A.R. in 2005, has held REALTOR® association leadership positions since 1983. Her RPAC investment reflects her belief in RPAC advocacy as critical for advancing the interests of home owners and real estate professionals, she said.

Ginger’s commitment to supporting RPAC, a key force in bettering the climate for real estate, should be a model for us all.”
Downs’ official induction will take place at a Hall of Fame ceremony held during the 2013 NAR Mid-Year meetings in Washington, D.C., May 13-18.
