Vincent Cabansag, Kass Management Services, gained residential leasing experience by serving for 7 years as Managing Broker of Chicago Apartment Finders. At Kass Management, he is working to improve company operations and leasing. Vincent helped develop the Chicago Association of REALTORS®’ current apartment lease and has worked with the Association’s Property Management Committee to reform residential leasing in the City of Chicago. Also an entrepreneur, Vincent manages a Web development start-up, Starter League.
Grigory Pekarsky is Co-Owner/Managing Broker at Vesta Preferred, a residential real estate firm that has a niche rental focus in downtown Chicago. A top leasing agent, Greg brings years of real-world experience to educating others about the leasing process. A past-chairman of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network Advisory Board, Greg was honored in 2012 by the National Association of REALTORS® with “30 Under 30” recognition – the first inductee to focus on the rental business. Outside of real estate, Greg is active with several local nonprofit groups, including Chicago Gateway Green and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Taft has successfully managed many property types in his 30-year real estate career, including condominiums, affordable housing and public housing. Taft received his Broker’s License in 2001 and began working with Community Investment Corporation as a contract trainer in the Property Management Training Program. In 2002, Taft joined CIC as the Deputy Director of this program and became Director of Property Management Training in 2007. An award-winning property management educator, Taft is linked as a resource to the City of Chicago’s 311 Landlord Hotline and responds to approximately 2,000 calls per year.
