Dr. Joe Kirchner leads research, provides economic analysis and conducts forecasts on economic and housing market trends. Joe brings over 30 years of experience in social policy research, including 7 in housing. He earned his doctorate in economics from the New School for Social Research and his BA in political science and economics from Manhattanville College. Dr. Kirchner joined realtor.com® in March 2015.
